Honored land of “Kinanah (Egypt)”

the Islamic State of Iraq to our Fellow Muslims in Beloved Egypt

Rabi-ul-Awwal 05, 1432 A.H, Wednesday, February 09, 2011

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all that exists, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet, the Truthful and Trustworthy, and upon all his family and companions. To proceed:

O’ Muslims of Egypt and those nearby. Asalamu alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakaatuhu.

In the midst of these rapid events taking place in the honored land of “Kinanah (Egypt)”, the huge uproar and the size of the international reaction, and due to the fact that there can be some dangerous results if the true people do not stand for the truth, we present to you some facts which we have noted in summary, which we believe to be part of fulfilling the obligation of supporting [our brothers], implementing the hadeeth of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasalam, in which he said:

(الدّين النصيحة) -ثلاثًا-, قلنا: لمن؟، قال: (لله ولكتابه ولرسوله ولأئمّة المسلمين وعامّتهم)

“Religion is sincerity and well-wishing,” thrice. We asked, “To whom?” He said, “To Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and their masses.”

So we say, seeking help in Allah:

1) Understand well, may Allah have mercy upon you, that Allah created you for His worship and Tawheed, and He has made you successors on earth to establish His Religion, to govern with His Shariah, to rule with His Book, and so His Word reigns supreme and His Religion reigns superior over all other ways of life. Indeed this is the crux of Tawheed of Worship, which is the very reason behind why Allah created, and the goal to which Muslims must give preference over themselves and their belongings. If all Muslims were to be killed in fulfilling this great goal, it is still better for them than to live even one day under the un-Islamic rule of the Taghoot. You are Muslims who Allah has chosen over his creation, has raised your rank by his alliance and protection, and has honored you through His religion. Give this its due rights and bite on to it with your molars. This, by Allah, is the true success in this life and the next.

Do not replace that which is better with that which is worse. Beware of the tricks of un-Islamic ideologies, such as filthy and evil secularism, infidelic democracy, and putrid idolic patriotism and nationalism, all ideologies which are sought by some to govern your land, after the rulers of Egypt made it a grazing field for its proponents, and thus it gaining popularity and them increasing in their evil. Are not most of the dilemmas faced by the Muslim Ummah today due to their empowerment? Be fully aware of reversion and being satisfied with the current state of affairs and seeking ends through [unlawful] means which falsely seem to be advantageous, for this is from the tricks which Satan plays so his followers can steal the fruits [of other’s efforts]. The Believer is intelligent and wise and does not get stung from the same hole twice.

2) Allah has obligated Jihad in Hs Cause upon His monotheist slaves. Fighting the enemies of Allah and repelling them with one’s life and wealth in the current condition of the Ummah today is an individual obligation upon every mature and sane person amongst you. This matter is clear and one which the Muslims have agreed to past and present. Here in your midst has the market of Jihad opened and become easy to reach as it is in your own homeland. The doors of martyrdom have opened, and the sales have been documented by the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. No mature, able-bodied has any excuse to stay behind with those who refrain from making Jihad. Remember that Allah’s commodity is expensive and surrounded by things disliked by human nature. It can not be attained except by those with defiant souls and high motivation…

3) The enemy you are facing is one which is sinful and depraved, who hold no value for either kinship or covenant. They have waged a war against Allah and have ridiculed His religion. They have allied with the enemies of Allah and have inflicted much harm on His believing slaves. They have empowered the depraved, lowly and promiscuous, and have usurped blood, honor and wealth. Their kufr and tyranny has reached its extent. Their day of reckoning and defeat has already or nearly arrived. The Way of Al-Jabbar (The Compeller), Al-Muntaqim (The Avenger) in their regards and the regards of their likes from the Taghoot has come into effect, and this is a gift from Allah which you, O’ people of Tawheed, should show no shortcoming in its regard, nor should you let it slip from your hands. You are the hope of the weak and oppressed, and the vanguard of the Ummah for change and rescue from the darkness of confusion, and blind tunnel of ignorance into which some seek to to force the Ummah for even more decades. You have no other choice, O’ people of Tawheed, in the likes of these times, except to confront, repel, and stand for the truth, so that Islam and its call is empowered over all others, and the flag of Pure Tawheed is raised over the land of Kinanah once again, by Allah’s leave.

4) Organize yourselves, and do all possible to convene. Call each other by phone and gather yourselves and your resources. Try as much as possible to join those who are more experienced in this field, and if it is not possible, organize yourselves into small areas and appoint an Ameer over you from the best of you who all agree to and like and not differ about. Seek secrecy in all matters, and secure your homes, villages and areas. Be good to the masses around you and help the weak, seek justice for the oppressed, and try to gain the favor of their leaders and elders and leave aside the ignorant. Show people the mercy of Islam and its manners and the justice of the Shariah. Place your trust in Allah in all your affairs, for it is He who helps and aids the Believers, and He will not let your deeds go to waste. Understand that it is the strong and armed who will be listened to and heard, while his feet are firm and heavy after the dust of these events settle and the ranks become clear and divided. Show no concern for the number of demised opposers nor the deserting fitnah-mongers. Do not feel alone due to the patient few in this path, for indeed this is the path of the Prophets and the Way of Allah in regards to their followers:

{لِّيَهْلِكَ مَنْ هَلَكَ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ وَيَحْيَى مَنْ حَيَّ عَن بَيِّنَةٍ}

“…so that those who were to be destroyed (for their rejecting the Faith) might be destroyed after a clear evidence, and those who were to live (i.e. believers) might live after a clear evidence.” (Al Anfal:42)

5) Fear Allah in regards to the Muslim prisoners in the prisons of oppression! Indeed freeing the prisoners is from the foremost of obligations upon you. Do not let things settle unless you free every last one of them, and then, seeking Allah’s help, turn them into pulverized dust, with no one brick left to support another.

6) Do not fear that which will be said to you about the plots of the enemies and the strength of the “Greater Nations”, the disadvantages of enticing them, and other tricks of Satan. Know that Allah has given you what other Mujahideen dream about. America today is is weaker than ever, and its military might has drowned in Afghanistan and Iraq. It eyes the legion of truth in Yemen, Somalia and the Islamic Maghreb, while its body trembles under the pressure of their exhausting financial and economical crisis, ready to fall and go bankrupt. Your activities in the heart of the global geography will only increase their blunders and the hasten their fall and digression.

7) Indeed your Jihad today, O’ brothers, is in defense of the religion of Allah, in defense of the weak and oppressed of Egypt, in defense of your fellow Muslims in Gaza, in defense of your fellow Muslims in Iraq, and in defense of every Muslim affected by the tyranny of the Taghoot of Egypt and his leaders in Washington and Tel Aviv. Be defenders, supporters and helpers of Allah, and think well of your Lord. Fulfill your duties and take to your fronts, and be careful that the Muslims are not harmed due to your shortcomings. Allah says:

{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى تِجَارَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ * تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ * يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِي جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ * وَأُخْرَى تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْرٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ * يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا كُونوا أَنصَارَ اللَّهِ…}

“O you who believe! Shall I guide you to a trade that will save you from a painful torment? That you believe in Allah and His Messenger and that you and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives: that will be better for you, if you but know! (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwellings in ‘Adn (Eden) Paradise; that is indeed the great success. And also (He will give you) another (blessing) which you love, – help from Allah (against your enemies) and a near victory. And give glad tidings to the believers. O you who believe! Be you helpers (in the Cause) of Allah…” (As-Saff: 11-14)

And our final prayer is that all praise is due to Allah. Was-Salamu alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuh.

Firasah

Firasah is a sense of visual acumen, perception and insight. The firasah is a light which Allah, subhanahu wa ta`ala, deposits in the heart of His servant. By this light, His servant distinguishes between truth and falsehood and between right and wrong.

The reality of firasah is a sharp thought that enters the heart and dominates its opinion. It overwhelms the heart just as the lion does to its pray, fareesah. Note the similarity between firasah and fareesah in Arabic. However, in their linguistic forms, fareesah is an object whereas firasah is similar in form to wilayah (authority and power), imarah (authority and command) and siyasah (administration and leadership).

The strength of firasah is dependent on the strength of faith. A person with stronger faith has sharper firasah. Amr bin Nujaid used to say that whoever lowers his gaze away from prohibitions, restrains himself from vain desires, constructs his interior according to muraqabah (knowledge that Allah is watching over us), his exterior according to the Sunnah, and accustoms himself to eat only halal, his firasah will never be wrong.

Firasah is linked to three human organs: the eye, ear and heart. His eye examines the look and the signs, his ear examines the speech, the over expressions, oblique inferences and hints, content, logic and tone of voice. And his heart analyzes both what is seen and heard to perceive hidden thoughts of others. His analysis and examination of the interior compared to the exterior is like one who examines currency to see if it is counterfeit after examining the outside. It is also similar to Ahlul-Hadeeth (scholars who specialize in the knowledge of the hadeeth), who will read a hadeeth that has a sound isnad (chain of narrators) but upon examination of the matn (text of the hadeeth), it is found that it is a fabricated hadeeth.

There are two factors in firasah. One is the quality of one’s mind, the sharpness of the heart and the intelligence. The second is the appearance of the signs and indications on others. When both factors are present then one’s firasah may not be wrong.

Asalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu Brothers and Sisters in Islam!

Sometimes we complain about our times, that we are living in the worst times – the Ummah is weak, the Ummah is defeated and disunited, we wish we were living in the time of the Sahabah (radiyallahu ‘anhum) or times of the heroic Islamic eras.

One of the Tabi’een said to one of the Sahabah r.a: “How did you treat Rasoolullah (sallallahu ‘alayhe wassallam) when he was among you?”

So a Sahabi r.a talked about how they used to treat the Prophet and that they did their best.

The Tabi’ responded by saying, “If the Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhe wassallam) was living in our time we would have carried him on our shoulders.”

What the Tabi’ was trying to say is that the Sahabah r.a did not treat him good enough and if he was living with them, they would have treated him better than the Sahaba r.a.

The Sahabi r.a replied, “A person does not know what they would have done had they lived in that time; we were fighting our fathers and brothers and it was not an easy thing. Now your fathers and brothers and family are Muslims; you imagine you are going to treat Rasoolullah (sallallahu ‘alayhe wassallam) in a certain way. So do not ask or wish for something Allah did not destine for you.”

And,

Rasoolullah (sallallahu ‘alayhe wassallam) has mentioned in a hadith that
"Even though the best generation is of the Sahabah,
then the Tabi’een,
then the Taba Tabi’een,

there will be a generation of people at the end of time and the ajar of one of them will be equal to the ajr of fifty! So the Sahabah asked, “Fifty of us or fifty of them?” Rasoolullah (sallallahu ‘alayhe wassallam) said, “Fifty of you.”

Umm Suraaqah

I entered an open society. I walked through it and saw its sqaures. I wanted to know its condition.. i realized that theres no need to explore or check.. for its doors are open and its secrets exposed, so i asked about my fellow sisters??

I saw them deceived by fake appearance, by attractive looks..running after new trends with fake slogans, and they all race to say "Im the best"..

You see them walking freely in malls, lost in the streets, wasting money.. and at weddings they are clothed but naked, everyone of them show off her new dress, high heels, the new jewelry..you see them wearing a new dress at every gathring.

We see the the extravagance and wastefulness, heedlessness without any reminders. So they closed their doors and puled their curtains so they wont get disturbed by hot air or dust..by painfull screams, whinings, banging noises or burning fire..

Its like they were created for themselves, they've been deceived by the dunya and its fancy glitter, its temporary enjoyments and forgotten or purposely forgotten that they have a family other than their real family, brothers other than their real brothers. They are tied to them by the best humanly bonds..those who are kicked out of their homes, with sorrowful hearts and their money stolen.. we see men killed, imprisoned and opressed by the opressors with orders. We see women who lives the life of fear and hunger in homes frightened after the missing of the loved ones and the absence of the guardian..light cut off in the dark rooms as the result of the destruction.

She fear that the enemys soldier will break off he door..violate the honour of the beloved one..she wipes away the tears of a sad child..his stomach makes noises out of hunger, he sleeps in a room without cover and cant find anything warm, except his mothers lap..who tries to sleep but gets awaken by the noises of the tanks and explosions..all this is the result of the enemy who took our lands with oppression and persecution.. with power, hatred and by force and enmity..stealing and robbing..

We see blood and bodies, imprisonment, persecution and destruction..and still those women have closed their balconies, and they have turned away their hearts..until when will the hinder and disertion continue, and until when this heedlesness and forgetfullness?

O sister, how do sleep nicely while theres eyelids awaken by the enemies hands..?

and how do you enjoy living while your brothers go through what they go through from tragedies and several trials?

Or how do you enjoy life when your sisters go through what they go through?

O descendant of Khadeejah, 'Asmaa' and 'Aa'ishah..isnt it time for you to realize that in dunya theres life and death, truth and falsehood, trials and blessings, fitnah and tamkeen, Islam and kufr?

I wonder who from among the women today worries about the Ummah? Who among the women cried over the massacre of Jineen, Nablous and Rafah?

Which one among the women cried over the fall of Kaabul? Or which among them cried over the fall of Baghdaad?

By Allaah, you dont see among the women except those who cry over their "love", and are not at least pained over that which befalls this Deen and its people!! (Illaa Man rahima Rabbee)

O sister, You have to wake up the hearts of men, and raise the spirits of the heroes..and say, we refuse humiliation and subjection, misery or succumb..and we want to be free from bowing to the cross worshippers..

You have to push your loved ones to the battlefield, for the sake of The Most Beloved, The Lord of Mankind who is more deserving that we sacrifice the most beloved to us for His sake, from our lives, and our earnings.

I say to you my Muslim Sister, the least that is expected from you is when the men leave for Jihaad, that you stay silent and are pleased by Allaahs orders. Do not become an obstacle on their way to paradise or Allaahs pleasure.

Allaah Says (translated meaning)

"Those who prefer the life of this world instead of the Hereafter, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah (i.e.Islam) and seek crookedness therein - They are far astray."[Surat Ibraheem, vers 3]

So be like Al-Khansaa', Nusaybah Bin Ka'b and Safiyyah Bint 'Abd al-Muttalib whose examples still can be found in our time, those who seek to lift the humiliation and shame from this Ummah and raise the Banner of victory for Islaam and muslims with the blood of their sons and to stop the kufr and communistic rise from the lands of Islam and its people

O sister, why dont you become like the example of Umm Suraaqah..and what do you know about Umm Suraaqah. She sent her son for Jihaad in Afghanistaan, and when he got shahaadah they (the mujahideen) said how do we inform her about her sons death? So they said, if sheikh Abdullah 'Azzam talks to her it would be easier on her. So shaikh 'Azzam cals her and gave her the glad tidings of her sons Shahaadah and he told her words of comfort on patience, but she didnt need those words at all, and it was as if she was waiting for this news with excitement..so she replied to the sheikh saying:"Alhamdulillaah for Suraaqahs Matyrdom and in a week i will send you his brother to replace him.
